Wireless Sales Expert:
- Sell phones, services and accessories at management approved pricing.
- Achieve sales and customer service objectives.
- Handles administrative aspects of the sale including: completing customer contracts, verifying identification, running credit, preparing customer files, addressing local market promotions, pulling product from inventory, completing warranty paperwork and filing finished orders to ensure accurate and efficient processing.
- Provides information on products, accessories, service features, pricing plans, roaming and data.
- Interface with other departments on customer behalf when necessary. Drives revenue by communicating the benefits of products, services, features, rate plans and special offers to new and existing customers as appropriate.
- Provides world-class experience by resolving customer complaints and/or by referring customer to supervisor or proper department for resolution.
- Focuses on retaining customers by providing updated product and promotional information.
- Maintains store appearance and product presentation to company standards.
Kiosk Manager:
- Customer Service: Handling and resolving all customer care issues. Ensure customer service standards are met to maximize customer experience. Maintain store kiosk appearance to current standards. Knowledgeable and well-versed on each wireless product, service plan and special promotions.
- Financial Sales Targets: Meeting and exceeding kiosk financial goals, all operational objectives, and attainment of all company sales initiatives, and execution of individual kiosks standards. Completes store opening and closing paperwork, daily sales reports and all financial tracking.
- Human Resources: Ensuring the adherence and implementation of all Human Resources best practices within the kiosk, including scheduling, training, development and evaluation, and counseling store employees. Ensuring all kiosk employees are in compliance with company policies and procedures. Manage and coach the Kiosk employees in daily kiosk operations. Assist the District Manager to recruit, hire, train, develop and evaluate kiosk staff.
- Leadership Skills: Manages and coaches Kiosk staff for accountability to increase their effectiveness, efficiency and productivity through continually process improvement in the areas of achieving all sales goals, customer service standards, problem-solving skills, store operations and staff relations.
- Loss Prevention: Ensures the effective maintenance and protection of company assets.
- Self-Development: Actively continues self-development process by gaining knowledge and further building skills as a professional businessperson, sales manager and leader.
District Manager:
- Leads and assists Kiosk managers in maximizing positive results in the area of Company change and growth through ongoing, proactive and effective downward communication.
- Fosters an environment of open and upward communication with all staff to insure positive employee morale, effective conflict resolution and upward flow of creative ideas for the benefit of the Company and its employees.
- Attains District financial goals by directing Kiosk managers in their efforts and execution of individual store financial goals and attainment of all Company sales initiatives.
- Develops and leads Kiosk Managers and store personnel to be proactive in new business development, sales process execution, customer service, cost control and their ability to properly analyze and take corrective measures in all areas.
- Teaches, leads and coaches Kiosk Managers to increase their effectiveness, efficiency and productivity through continually improving the following areas:
