Members of Costco are sometimes offered Instant Rebates and/or Mail In Rebates on certain phones if qualifications are met.
Instant Rebates (if qualified for) are taken off instantly at the Costco register. There are no forms to fill out, or other submissions needed.
Mail In Rebates have 3 different categories that they fall into:
Carrier Rebates - These are Mail In Rebates offered by Sprint Nextel, Verizon Wireless and T-Mobile USA. Wireless Advocates and Costco do not have any intervention with these rebates, as they are filled out by customers and submitted directly to the carrier as directed on the form. For questions or concerns with a Carrier rebate, please visit these links below:
Sprint Nextel Verizon Wireless T-Mobile USA
Wireless Advocates Rebates - These are additional rebate offered by Wireless Advocates and administered by Stuart Lee Rebates. These are submitted to Stuart Lee, as directed on the Mail In Rebate form. For questions or concerns with a Wireless Advocates Mail In Rebate, please visit Stuart Lee at the link below.
Activation Service Credit Mail In Rebates - As a Costco Member Benefit, each carrier offers Free Activation through either a Bill Credit (Sprint) or a Mail In Rebate that is applied as a Bill Credit once the Mail In Rebate form is submitted (T-Mobile) or as a Mail In Rebate with a check back (Verizon.) Sprint customers do not need to submit any paperwork for the Service Activation Fee Bill Credit. T-Mobile customers need to fill out the correct form from the Wireless Kiosk and submit to T-Mobile who will then handle customer service issues for the Bill Credit. Verizon Activation Service Credits require a special form from the Wireless Kiosk to be filled out and mailed to Stuart Lee who will then handle customer service issues.
